Ordering Information - You can order directly from our website by adding the items you want to your shopping cart. If you encounter any problems while ordering, please email us at  contact@pocketknifecollector.com or call us at 1-850-559-0998.  We will be happy to assist you.  You can also use the comments section on the order page if you have specific instructions for your order or want to use a specific/expedited shipping method. 

WE DO NOT ADD AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEE!  All shipping fees are included in your cost.  We ship UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL and numerous carriers for larger orders.  Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional cost.  Most orders are shipped within 2 business days.
Payment Methods  - We accept payment from Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. International customers who want to pay by PayPal, please check at www.paypal.com to see if PayPal is offered in your country.  We also accept money orders.  Once the money order is received, your order will be shipped.

Sales Tax - We charge a 6.5% sales tax for orders in Florida.
 
Returns - You may return most items sold by PocketKnifeCollector.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
 
- All returns must be pre-authorized by calling 1-850-559-0998 within 10 days of original purchase. 
- The Return Authorization Number (RA#) received at that time must be placed on the return shipping label. 
- All return items must be in original saleable condition, 100% complete, with all packaging material and accessories. 
- Misuse of, or used items will not be accepted for return. 
- All non-defective products must be returned within 10 days of the date of invoice and are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.
- All defective products will be accepted for repair or replacedment only within 10 days of the date of invoice.
- All returns must be pre-authorized by calling 1-(850)-559-0998. Please be sure to carefully package all returned items so they arrive in the same condition they were sent.
 
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its original condition.

To return items please include the following information with the items:
1.  A copy of the invoice with the amount of returns for each item
2.  Return Authorization Number (RA#)
